Peter Plachy (founder and editor)

Peter is currently an LL.M. candidate at Columbia Law School. Previously, he practiced arbitration and litigation at Allen & Overy and interned at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. During his studies, Peter  attended several mooting competitions including the JESSUP, ADR Mooting Competition, Frankfurt Investment Moot Court or the FDI Moot and worked on a dispute resolution desk in a Czech law firm dealing predominantly with arbitration.





Adam Sebesta

Adam’s academic background includes a law major (with focus on EU law and ADR) and courses on EU affairs and political journalism attended at universities in Brussels, Washington D.C., Vienna and Bratislava.

Oliver Loksa


Oliver is Counsel at KNOETZL in Vienna. Not least thanks to his multi-cultural background – Oliver speaks German, English, Hungarian and Slovak – he has quickly developed an enthusiasm for international arbitration and has been involved in arbitral proceedings on a regular basis both as an arbitrator and a counsel. Oliver is a member of numerous arbitration associations and registered as an arbitration practitioner at the Vienna International Arbitral Centre.

In addition, Oliver has advised clients in multiple complex white collar crime proceedings as well as Austrian and foreign corporations on M&A-activities.
